This palace was built in the year 1887 for Chamaraja Wadiyar X. England’s Windsor Castle is the inspiration of the design of the Bangalore Palace. The palace is open to the public on weekdays i.e. from Monday to Friday- 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. This expressive palace has green lawns, graceful wood carvings in its interior and architecture styled in Tudor-style with fortified towers.
- Krishna Rajendra Market
Krishna Rajendra Market or KR Market is a traditional local market. This market is famous for flowers, spices and copper items. For the best experience of crowds and colors, we should visit there early in the morning when the fresh stock is unloaded.
- National Gallery Of Modern Art
The National Gallery of Modern Art is located on Palace Road. It is the third National Gallery of Modern Art in India, the other two are in Mumbai and Delhi. It was opened in 2009. In this gallery we will see the various arts of a large number of modern artists. It also features the work of the 18th century i.e. before Independence. There is also a cafe in the gallery which is open for fewer hours only.

- Lalbagh Botanical Garden
This garden was established by Hyder Ali in the year 1760. The name of this garden was derived from the red roses. The garden is open daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Vidhana Soudha
This place is the landmark place in Bangalore located next to Cubbon Park. It was first opened in 1956. The Legislative Chamber of Karnataka is in Vidhana Soudha. This place accommodates many other government departments also. But at night this place is illuminated very nicely.
- Attara Kacheri
Attara Kacheri houses a High Court and many other lower courts, two-storied buildings, built in 1867. Here is also a museum, Venkatappa Art Gallery where we see Plaster of Paris works, famous paintings etc. of Venkatappa.

Tipu Sultan’s Palace and Fort was built by Kempe Gowda. Here we can see the Hindu Temple in the courtyard and Indo-Islamic architecture. The opening timing of the palace is from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. daily.
