When can I start exercising after having a baby?

a lot of women want to know when it's

okay to start exercising after having a

baby and the answer to that question is

different depending on whether or not

you had a vaginal delivery or a

c-section if you've had a vaginal

delivery in most cases you're okay to

start exercising after your baby is six

weeks old and this is the time you'll go

see the doctor for the first time as

long as everything's gone well and so

really there's the safest answer is to

make sure you talk with your doctor

first and once they tell you you're okay

to start exercising again then you can

if you've had a c-section it's usually

around eight weeks and again vaginal

delivery six weeks if you have more
